| PRISM BRASS PRICING INFORMATION Please note: This document offers estimates only. Prices are not confirmed until a bid is made by Prism Brass and accepted by you. Standard Wedding Ceremony $700.00 Included: Wedding performance by four musicians (2 trumpets, 2 trombones) Includes all PRELUDE, PROCESSIONAL, CEREMONY, and RECESSIONAL music (Prelude to begin 20 minutes prior to ceremony) Up to 1.5 hours of total playing time Personalized music with unlimited telephone/email consultations to set program Additional Services: Extended Wedding Ceremony: For weddings requiring more than 1.5 hours of performing o $100.00 for the first .5 hour o $100.00 per hour thereafter OUTDOOR EVENTS will incur an additional fee based on the time of year/potential for inclement weather. DECEMBER EVENTS may incur an additional fee based on increased bookings and limited availability during that month. Rehearsals: For a wedding consisting of standard ceremonial repertoire, a rehearsal is not generally necessary. Prism Brass will arrive completely prepared for your event; however, if you would like to combine brass and other instruments (such as the pianist or organist at your venue or church), a short rehearsal prior to the performance is advised. A 30 minute rehearsal which ends within 15 minutes of start of prelude will cost $100.00 Custom Arranging: If you would like to have a piece performed at your wedding or special event which is not a part of the standard chamber music repertoire, or if you would like to combine brass and other instruments (such as piano, organ, strings, or harp), custom arrangements are available. Prices start at $25.00 A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required All custom arranging must be approved in advance Final price will be dependant upon many factors, such as complexity of instrumentation and duration of the piece, but will be settled prior to start of project Additional Musicians: Prism Brass can assist you in hiring additional musicians, such as a pianist, organist, or string players. Please contact us to discuss pricing. Parties, Receptions, Special Events Hourly Performance Rates: Prism Brass (Four musicians: 2 trumpets, 2 trombones) $750.00 for the first 2 hours (2 hour minimum) $100.00 for each additional hour (charged in 1 hour increments) Please note: Musicians will take a 10 minute, paid break for each contracted hour Travel: The above prices refer to events within a 25 mile radius of downtown Houston. For venues located outside of this area, a travel fee will be assessed. Examples: Kingwood, The Woodlands, Richmond, or Katy: $60.00 Galveston, Conroe: $100.00 Payment Schedule: A deposit of 20% will hold your date Balance is due prior to event Forms of payment accepted: Personal checks or cash |
